Caledon Bowlers Rocked for Kids’ Sake

- Bowl for Kids raises $13,000
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Peel is an amazing organization that serves over 1350 children in Peel Region. For 40 years they have been matching mentors with children, many of whom are living with stressful situations and really need a role model and friend.
This year I had the good fortune of being appointed the Caledon chair for the BBBS Peel/Tim Horton’s Bowl for Kids Sake. Armed with our pledge sheets and bowling balls we filled Skyview Lanes last Monday night for this wonderful fundraising event. Over $13,000 was raised and the real winners were the kids. Thanks to all of you who bowled or donated – you rock!
